Time Line Therapy

Time Line Therapy® (TLT) releases negative emotions attached to past life events such as anger, fear, sadness, hurt and guilt. It eliminates self-limiting beliefs that may hinder you from pursuing the life you want.

Negative emotions can get in the way of your work, relationships, health and life. Removing the negative emotions attached to past events changes your behaviour and perspective on life. Once removed you can manage situations that previously made you experience negative emotions with intelligence instead of past behaviour. TLT was developed by Dr. Tad James, a Master Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).

In a TLT session, Julie puts you into a relaxed state to activate your unconscious mind. You remain fully conscious through the session as she works through clearing negative emotions. You’re taken to a time in your past - to before you experienced these negative emotions and they were stored in your subconscious. Julie will guides you to the events that first created your negative emotions and releases you from them permanently.

Time Line Therapy® doesn’t delete events from your memory. It only removes the negative emotions attached to those events. After undergoing a TLT session, you’ll still remember past events but will no longer wallow in sadness, anger, fear or other emotions that were previously associated with those events. Time Line Therapy® can improve all aspects of your life as it eliminates negative emotions to boost your confidence, improve your relationships and realise your goals. A Time Line Therapy® session takes about an hour and a half. A single session is enough to identify and remove your negative emotions. Once the source of these emotions has been identified and removed, it creates a domino effect. All subsequent events in your life that would have triggered the same emotions are also eliminated.

After a session, you’ll feel a great sense of relief and lightness. To ensure your continuous healing, Julie will educate you on different approaches that will enable you to make the right decisions in the future.
