Holistic Counselling

Holistic Counselling helps you with self-discovery and most importantly self-healing. Julie considers all aspects of your life experience, including emotional and physical health, the impacts of your behaviours and your personal circumstances. This helps Julie to understand the root of your challenges, within psychological and spiritual contexts. 

Julie will tailor individual sessions to: 

  • help you accept yourself 

  • educate you about how the body, mind and spirit play an important part of being your authentic self 

  • feel into your body and experience centeredness 

  • maintain a greater level of wellbeing 

  • develop and improve coping mechanisms to better deal with problems or discomforts when they surface 

  • gain self-confidence and inner strength  

Holistic Counselling is available as a face-to-face treatment or an online session.
